Custom CNC Milled Natural PEEK Profiled Ring With Non-Circular Inner Bore
Product Overview
The CNC Milled Natural PEEK Profiled Ring is a thin-wall profiled ring machined from natural PEEK sheet stock. The outer profile combines multiple planar cuts with a tabbed feature, while the internal profile is non-circular with a stepped edge — both produced by CNC milling to your drawing. Natural (unfilled) PEEK brings high continuous service temperature, broad chemical resistance, electrical insulation and low friction, making the ring suitable for locating, spacing and insulating duties where metals or standard plastics fall short. Thin-wall sections are machined with light-pass strategies and supported fixturing to hold profile accuracy. Profile dimensions, bore geometry, wall thickness and PEEK grade are produced to your drawing, with inspection reports available on request.

Manufacturing Capability
·Thin-Wall Milling — Light-pass cutting strategies and supported fixturing control deflection on thin PEEK sections.
·Profiled Contours — Planar cuts, tabbed features and non-circular internal profiles milled in controlled setups to hold position and angle relationships.
·Polymer Machining Know-How — Tooling, feeds and coolant practice tuned for PEEK to avoid heat build-up and surface scorching.
·Deburring & Cleaning — Machined edges deburred and parts cleaned before packing to remove chips and dust.
·Production Scalability — From single-piece prototypes to small-batch and high-volume production on the same line and the same tolerance standard.
Quality Control
·Three-Stage Inspection — First-article, in-process and final inspection performed on every order; dimensional reports issued with each shipment.
·Tooth Form Verification — Tooth form and keyway geometry checked against drawing tolerances; inspection results available on request.
·Runout Checks — Bore-to-pitch-circle runout verified to keep the gear running concentric on the shaft.
·Material Traceability — Mill certificates for 321 stainless steel available on request.
·Protective Packaging — Individual wrapping and partition packaging keep tooth flanks and edges free of transit damage.
Buyer Benefits
·Faster Time to Market — Same-day quotes and 3-7 day prototype delivery compress your development cycle.
·Lower Total Cost — Free DFM feedback flags thin webs, deep keyways and tight tooth tolerances before machining, eliminating costly rework.
·Dependable Quality — ±0.01 mm standard tolerance with tooth-form and runout verification on every shipment.
·Positive Torque Transfer — Keyed bore hub drives the shaft without slip and holds alignment through load cycles.
·Heat and Corrosion Resistance — 321 stainless steel resists oxidation and intergranular corrosion in demanding service conditions.
·Single-Point Accountability — One factory controls turning, hobbing, milling, EDM and inspection, so one call resolves any issue.
