Custom Brass CNC Turned Flare Adapter Fittings With Hex Flats And Threads
Why These Fittings Seal, Not Seep
A fitting that weeps costs you a callback, a warranty claim and a customer. Three things cause it: a seat cut at the wrong angle, threads that were never gauged, and burrs left inside the bore. All three are controlled here.
·Seat angle held true. The flare cone and seat are cut in one setup, so the sealing face meets the mating line square.
·Threads checked, not assumed. Pitch, depth and runout are verified with go and no‑go gauges before packing.
·Clean bore, clean chamfers. Deburred inside and out, so no chip ends up in your line.
·Hex flats cut sharp. Uniform across‑flats for a proper wrench fit and consistent torque.
·Corrosion handled. Standard H59 brass for normal service, dezincification resistant and lead‑free grades when your line demands it.
