Choose based on required force (load), stroke length, speed, environment (dust/water, temperature), and control method (analog, PWM, CAN, PLC). Tell us your load, stroke, duty cycle and mounting constraints and we’ll recommend the best model.

2.What are the key specifications I need to provide when requesting a quote?

Please provide: required thrust/force (N or kg), stroke length (mm), speed (mm/s), duty cycle (continuous/intermittent), supply voltage and control type, ambient conditions (temperature, IP requirement), and mounting preferences. With these we can produce a precise quote and technical drawing.

3.Can you customize actuators (stroke, force, feedback, connectors)?

Yes — we offer customization for stroke length, gear ratio/force, integrated feedback (potentiometer, Hall-effect, encoder), limit switches, special connectors, cable lengths, and material/finish options. Minimum order quantities and lead times vary by feature — we’ll confirm after we review your specs.

4.What protection ratings and environments are supported?

Our actuators are available with protection ratings up to IP65 or higher (model-dependent) for dust and water resistance, and options for corrosion-resistant coatings or stainless steel for harsh or marine environments. Specify the exact environment (washdown, outdoor, salt spray) so we can recommend the correct sealing and materials.

5.What testing, certifications and warranty do you provide?

Products are factory-tested for stroke, force, and electrical performance; we can provide test reports on request. We offer standard commercial warranties (typically 12 months) and can support customers requiring specific certifications (CE, RoHS, or customer-specific QC checks). Extended warranties and acceptance testing are available for production orders.
