Heat treatment: The gears undergo quenching and tempering treatments to enhance hardness and wear resistance, and also increase the service life.
Fine processing and blackening: After heat treatment, a second turning and fine processing is carried out to ensure the tolerance accuracy reaches ±0.01mm.
