FAQ
1.What types of automation equipment parts do you manufacture?
We produce a wide range of parts including precision machined components (CNC milled/turned), sensor brackets and housings, actuator mounts, linear slide parts, custom gears, fittings, and sheet-metal enclosures — all tailored for assembly into automation systems.
2.Can you supply custom parts or only standard catalog items?
Yes — we specialize in custom manufacturing from your drawings, 3D models, or samples. We handle prototyping, first-article inspection and full production runs, and we can advise on design for manufacturability (DFM) to reduce cost and improve performance.
3.What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ) and pricing structure?
MOQ depends on the process and part complexity — for simple machined parts MOQs often start at 1 pieces, while some batches or standard items can be supplied in smaller quantities. Pricing is quoted per part and depends on material, tolerances, surface finish, and order volume; we provide price breaks for larger quantities.
4.How long does production and delivery take? Are samples available?
Typical lead times: prototypes/samples 3–10 business days, small production runs 2–4 weeks, larger runs vary by volume and finishing. Exact timing depends on complexity and current schedule; we can usually provide a sample before full production for validation.
5.What quality control and certifications do you offer?
We perform incoming material checks, in-process inspections, and final inspection with calibrated equipment (CMM, microscopes, gauges). Certifications available upon request include material test reports (MTRs), ISO 9001-compliant inspection records, and first-article inspection reports (FAI) for critical orders.
6.What are your shipping, packaging, and after-sales policies?
Parts are packaged to prevent damage (foam, trays, anti-corrosion coating for metals) and shipped via your preferred carrier (air, sea, courier). We support insurance and tracking; for any non-conforming parts we offer replacement, rework, or credit following root-cause analysis and agreement.
