1.Precision milling and surface treatment are integrated
We are equipped with German imported five-axis CNC milling centers and are proficient in the stable processing of complex-structured, thin-walled and high aspect ratio parts. Subsequently, in the self-developed surface treatment workshop, the entire process is controlled by sandblasting (the particle size of the sand can be adjusted as required) and hard anodizing treatment to ensure smooth process connection and consistent quality.
2. Professional sandblasting oxidation process support
Sandblasting pretreatment: Evenly clean the surface and form an ideal base texture to enhance the adhesion of the oxide layer.
Hard anodizing: The film thickness can usually reach 25-50μm, the surface hardness HV>400, and it has good insulation.
Color and sealing: International standard color systems are adopted and high-temperature sealing treatment is carried out to ensure the color is long-lasting and resistant to fading.
3.Strict quality control throughout the entire process
From the selection of aluminum ingots (with 6061, 7075, etc. in stock), online inspection during the milling process, to the film thickness test after oxidation, salt spray test (usually lasting more than 72 hours) and color comparison, we implement full-process data recording and traceability to ensure that the performance and appearance of each batch of parts comply with the specifications.
